What you Need

Cambro
Strainer
Whisk
Passionfruit Seeds (500g)
Water (300ml)
Caster Sugar (500g)

Method

Cover Passionfruit seeds with sugar and leave for 12 hours. Next day, stir well and add water. Whisk to dissolve sugar and pour through a strainer to fine out seeds.
