Potato farmer William Chase decided to start producing crisps (chips) and then vodka from his King Edward and Lady Claire’s because supermarkets were rejecting tonnes of his wonky veg.

Wherever possible all the ingredients used in their products are grown on the family farm, giving them total control – with all the waste used to feed their herd of pedigree Hereford cattle.
