Bakery Sour

  • 50ml Absolut
  • 15ml Bakery Orgeat
  • 10ml Pink Citrus
  • 10ml Martell
  • 15ml Egg White

Put all ingredients into shaker. Wet shake to chill then dry shake hard to emulsify. Strain over ice into a chilled rocks and garnish with a little grated nutmeg.
